Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 2–4 hours of placing the order or before the preparation process begins.
• Once the order is confirmed and preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Custom & Special Orders

• Custom cakes, bulk orders, and special event orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• Any design, theme, or personalized items are specifically made and cannot be reused.

Refund Policy

• If cancellation is approved, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time.
• Any advance payment for custom or same-day orders may be non-refundable.

Order Modifications

• Minor changes to your order may be accepted if requested early.
• Changes are subject to availability and feasibility.

Late Cancellation / No Show

• Orders cancelled at the last moment or not received at the time of delivery/pickup will not be eligible for a refund.
